We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new blouses, dresses, outerwear, or trousers in the comfort of your own home and see how they pair with your favorite accessories.

Returning an item is simple:

  2. Receive your label: We’ll send you the instructions and, depending on your location, a return shipping label to make things easy.

  3. Send it back: Package your items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.

To help us process your refund quickly, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original ALIKASA tags still attached.

  • Free from any scents, perfume, or makeup marks (we know how tricky those blouses can be!).

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, we will process your refund immediately.

  • Shipping Costs: For our customers in Europe and the US, original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, but we strive to keep return shipping costs as low as possible.

Fell in love with a dress but need a different size? The fastest way to get your replacement is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures your new favorite piece is reserved for you and gets to your door as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if we’ve missed a stitch or sent the wrong item by mistake, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

European “Right of Withdrawal”

For our customers in the European Union, we fully respect your statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, we extend this to 30 days because we want you to have that extra peace of mind!
